one for you. You will need 16-ounce gloves, headgear and a mouthpiece for
this class. The sparring class will enable you and your coaches to see
where you are or are not lacking, while giving you some experience in the
ring. If you want one on one personalized time with a USA boxing
instructor, then you can also elect to have one on one session at
Roseville Boxing. These sessions are offered in 1/2 hour

The Boxing Academy offers 14 classes a
week. Each class is an hour long of sweating, learning, and burning! We
offer the following types of classes:BOXING: intense group class that
teaches the fundamentals of boxing according to USA Boxing standards. You
will learn how to use a heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag and jump
rope. You will gain knowledge on footwork, head movement, punching
combinations and ring generalship through mitt work, partner drills and
simulated sparring.BOXING BOOTCAMP: a kick-your-butt strength and
conditioning class with a boxing influence.STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: an
hour sweat fest! You will do various excersies that use light weight or
your own body weight to build strength, endurance, agility and
flexibility. At the end of each class, you will be sure to peel yourself
off the floor!SPARRING: If you are ready to take what you have learned in
your classes to the next level, then the sparring class if for you. You
will need 16 oz gloves, headgear and a mouthpeice.ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS: We
also offer personal training if you want time alone with you and one of
our qualified instructors. Sessions are offered in half hour and one hour
time increments.
